Hexima has signed a contract research project with GO Resources to progress the SHOSO (Super High Oleic Safflower Oil) safflower project up to the field trial stage.
Hexima will be responsible for the production of high-quality safflower plants and seed and the provision of other research services in its glasshouse and plant research facility in Melbourne, Australia.
GO Resources has an exclusive world-wide license to commercialise the production of SHOSO, a plant derived alternative to petroleum-based raw materials developed by the CSIRO. For more information about GO Resources and the SHOSO project visit www.go-resources.com.au/news/
